Online purchases returns
You may request a complimentary exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
To return an item, please ensure it is securely packaged and accompanied by the packing slip. All returns must be processed through our Returns Centre. Online order returns cannot be processed in store unless the item was originally purchased in person at that specific store.
Please ensure your return is dropped off (United Kingdom) or collected (International) within 14 days from the date your return request is submitted and approved. Returns made after this 14-day period, calculated from the approval date, cannot be accepted.
We accept returns on items that are new, unworn, and in original condition, with all garment tags intact. Kindly note that discounted items are non-returnable.
Once we have received and verified the returned item, we will reimburse your original purchase amount, along with any applicable return shipping costs.
Please note that custom-made orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

In-store purchases returns
Returns must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date.
To return an item purchased in-store, please visit the same branch where the original purchase was made. Kindly note that returns cannot be processed at other branch locations.
To ensure a smooth return process, please present your receipt or proof of purchase at the time of return.
Items must be returned new, unused, and with all original Piazza Castello and designer tags attached.
Returns that are worn, damaged, soiled, or altered may be declined and deemed ineligible for return.
Returns are not accepted for items under sale or final sale.
Exchange
Exchanges are available only for a different size or colour of the same item, subject to availability.
Once your return has been successfully received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping fees if paid are not qualified for a refund. Please allow 3–5 business days for your bank to complete the transaction.
To qualify for a refund, all original tags must be intact and the item must be returned in new, unused condition within its original packaging. Please note that returns may not be accepted if the packaging is damaged.
Custom orders and sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 3–5 business days for your bank to complete the transaction.
To be eligible for a refund, all tags must remain intact, and the item must be returned in new, unworn condition.
